Liz is an attorney licensed in Washington State. Her practice areas focus on Guardianships, Medicaid Applications/Appeals, Probates, and Estate Planning. Liz was a paralegal for over 15 years. She has earned a Masters in Psychology and completed the Washington State Bar’s APR 6 Law Clerk Program. Liz started in the legal field in 2002 as a courier for a law firm. She was mentored by an experienced elder law attorney from courier to legal secretary, then to paralegal, and finally to attorney by tutoring her in the Washington State Bar's Law Clerk Program.
Liz has volunteered for many organizations to improve her community including the Health Care Provider’s Council, Pierce County Aging and Disability, Alzheimer’s Association, and many others. In addition to gaining as much knowledge as possible, Liz likes to share knowledge, and has taught Psychology courses for Central Texas University, taught Parenting Seminar Classes required by Pierce County, and supervised Bachelor’s students in need of internships.
When not practicing the law, Liz is happily married with six children, the oldest born in 2007, and the youngest born in 2021. She spends her free time with her family: playing board games, reading stories, writing stories, visiting the ocean, and swimming. She volunteers at her children’s schools, and in the community for social and mental health improvement.
